上海宏华会计师事务所有限公司

    上海宏华会计师事务所是1990年7月经上海市财政局批准(批准证书为沪注会第 25号)，由虹口区财政局创办的上海最早成立的会计师事务所之一；本所1991年6月经上海市外国投资工作委员会批准为首批外商投资项目经济见证单位之一；同时被上海市注册会计师协会授予国有大中型企业审计资质；2000年7月又经上海市司法局批准为首批司法会计鉴定单位之一，十多年来客户已遍及全市各区。
    1999年12月根据财政部关于会计师事务所必须脱钩改制有关文件的规定，经上海市财政局批准，与虹口区财政局脱钩，改制成为以执业注册会计师为出资主体的上海宏华会计师事务所。
    本所现位于四平路277号福龙大厦十九楼D座和二十楼D座。目前共有员工近50人，其

中含注册会计师20余名，注册税务师和注册资产评估师10余名。

Introduction

    Shanghai Honghua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred as "the Company") was formed by Financial Bureau of Hongkou District after approved by Shanghai Financial Bureau, and the Company was one of the accounting firms that formed earliest.
     The Company was one of the first verification companies for foreign investment approved by Shanghai Operating Committee of Foreign Investment in June 1991, and it was awarded the audit qualification for large and medium-sized enterprises by Shanghai Institute of Certified Public Accountants at the same time. In July 2000, approved by Shanghai Justice Bureau, the Company became one of the first justice account verification companies.
    According to the relative regulation issued by Ministry of Finance, after approved by Financial Bureau of Shanghai, the Company broke off relative with Financial Bureau of Hongkou District, and certified public accountants became the investment party after reorganization.
    The Company's current address lies at the 19D and 20D, Fulong Building, No 277, Siping Road, Shanghai, and it has as much as 50 staff, including more than 20 certified public accountants and 10 certified tax agents and certified public valuers.
    With its senior professional staff and honesty attitude, the Company provides excellent service for many kinds of enterprises including state-owned enterprise, collective-owned enterprise, private enterprise and foreign-investment enterprise. The company is good at annual audit for foreign-investment enterprise and large and medium-sized state-owned enterprise, special audit, capital verification and tax agency business. The Company also has business cooperation with many law offices and asset assessment firms, so it can provide integrated service including audit, asset assessment, law service and business consultancy to clients.
